What To Look For When Buying CBD
What type of ingredients are used in the product? All the ingredients should be listed on the product.
All company information, terms and conditions, shipping and returns policy should available on the website.
Has the product been tested by a 3rd party laboratory and the reports on the company’s website? If the company does not mention lab reports or testing anywhere on their website, you should be very wary of purchasing a product from them.
Currently, there are no regulations regarding how often a CBD product must be tested. This means that a company with a lab report from 3-years ago, could technically claim their product is still “lab-tested.” However, testing should be repeated yearly as a minimum.
Each cannabinoid detected should be listed in the analysis, along with its concentration within that sample

Does The Product Contain 0.1% THC or Less?
There is some confusion in the industry over the legal limit for THC in CBD oils. To clarify the 0.2% figure refers to the cultivation of hemp it does not apply to the CBD products
For a CBD product to be legal, it can only contain a certain amount of THC. This has to be less than 0.1% per container and must be listed on the product. It is also good to cross-check the amount of THC against lab reports which shows as 0.01 on a report.
